Job Details:Job Description: Provides technical support for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring time to market readiness, transforms opportunities to design and production wins, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness.Develops and implements product design, development, and validation tools and provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production.Evaluates, designs, and develops new software and hardware fixtures and utilizes tools during project deployment to validate and optimize product quality and performance.Creates product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and other supporting technical collateral. Collaborates and enables internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver latest products in the market.Partners with customer R and D and manufacturing to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer DFx requirements, mitigating customer factory challenges, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action.Qualifications:We are looking for a highly motivated talent to join the Wireless Access Network Division (WAND) as RF Customer Application Engineer for High-Performance Analog to Digital (ADC) and Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) in Villach. Become part of a customer focusing team and work on latest equipment, technologies, and tools. In this role you will engage with a global team, as well as worldwide Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.The main responsibilities for this position are:On- and off-site customer support on high performance Analog to Digital (ADC) and Digital to Analog (DAC) converter, including problem solving and debugging activitiesDriving customer solutions including self-driven problem solvingPrepare and hold customer demonstrations and presentationsUse and maintenance of the internal support toolExtract customer feedback and loop back to the design teamContribute to the creation of documentation and supporting materialAct as the Interface between the customer and the development teamMinimum Qualification:BSC or MSC in Electronics or similar with at least 3 years of experience with high performance Analog to Digital (ADC) and Digital to Analog (DAC) converterExperience with the metric of such converter and the use of RF equipment like spectrum Analyzer and Network AnalyzerExperience with communication Protocols like I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe and their debuggingGood communication and presentation skillsSelf-driven personality and being eager to learnAbility to read and understand PCB schematics and LayoutsAbility to effectively communicate ideas and results internally as well as to customerAbility to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environmentAbility to travelPreferred Qualification:Experience with high-speed Interfaces like JESD204C, PCIeExperience with customer system/board power-on (PO) activitiesEmbedded design development experience preferredFamiliarity with signal and power integrity concepts is a plusExperience with MATLAB is a plusExperience using customer supporting toolsWe believe in flexible working models (i.g. hybrid).
