BirdShades goal is to save billions of birds world-wide from colliding with glass surfaces. As an early-stage startup with ambitious growth plans we are currently seeking to expand our team by March/April with a motivated and proactive:

Business Development & Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Graz & partly remote working possibilities
 

Key responsibilities

• Crafting key strategic relationships in the Architecture and Design Segment combined with applied nature conservation
• You will play a lead role in the development of strategic and tactical business plans to accelerate growth and dynamics of BirdShades
• Participate in marketing and promotion strategy
• Participate in trade shows, seminars and present BirdShades to potential customers and partners
• Identify strategic partnerships, build relationships and quickly work towards addressing unmet customer needs by identifying processes need to meet those
• Provide competitive analysis and industry trends to identify new growth opportunitiesSupport market/product development initiatives including customer trials and grant applications

Your Profile

• Excellent English and German skills
• High level of self-motivation, structured and independent way of working
• Hands-on mentality
• First experiences in Architecture, Marketing and /or Sales is a plus
