As Country CFO, you have full responsibility for the finance department.
Mission
Tasks:Managing
and training the internal finance team (accounting, collections, tax and legal,
treasury, controlling, payroll)Ensuring
the financial statements and payroll accountingCompliance
with local accounting, tax and social regulations Development
and application of Group standards and procedures Management of the budget process (profit and loss
account, balance sheet, cash flow, CAPEX, etc.) Intra-group
settlement between the managed companiesConstant
contact with the regulatory authorities Preparation
of monthly reports and monitoring of activities and operational dashboards Cash
managementDaily
exchange with the head office and provision of ad-hoc analyses on request
Profil
Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's
degree in finance, controlling, accountingSeveral
years of relevant experience in controlling or 1-3 years as CFOHands-on
mentality Experience
in a management position or equivalent is desirable Strong
sense of responsibility and an independent, solution-oriented way of workingStrong
analytical thinking skillsTechnical
affinity and sound knowledge of common IT systems Excellent
