Tasks- Development and expansion of the business cooperation with Network Marketing (Direct-Selling) partners and new market development.
- Development and implementation of the marketing plan and business development strategy
- In-depth analysis of local market dynamics, learning of the development of competitors, according to the actual business of the company
- Responsible for the new market expansion and related support policies, products, logistics and other related aspects of support.
- Developing recruitment, retention programs and marketing campaigns to build a customer base and loyalty
- Managing and executing the sales events online and offline
- Execution of all projects delegated from the Region.
- Degree in businessadministration or equivalent education
- Experienced sales manager with at least 5 years of work experience in Network-Marketing
- Extensive knowledge of the local market and analyze market trends and be able to think independently; familiar with the use of social media.
- Excellent speaking and writing in local and English languages
