Digital Marketing Specialist | Austria

To strengthen our digital marketing activities and support day-to-day marketing operations at our Linz head office, we’re seeking an experienced marketing specialist with an interest in utilising digital tools like Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.

As our digital marketing specialist, you will collaborate with 10-person marketing and sales team for the day-to-day execution of CRM initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, and data management using our company platform, Dynamics 365. 

Your role will include: 

• Serve as a point-of-resource for the Austrian team regarding marketing insights and materials. 
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
• Serve as a central resource for other departments regarding the CRM system to ensure data precision and enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing processes. 
• Generate digital marketing reports and analyse metrics derived from the CRM system. 
• Deliver digital marketing support and assistance to other departments to enhance their effectiveness in driving sales and customer satisfaction. 

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following profile and qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience with Dynamics application or similar 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• A team-player with a hands-on approach and problem-solving skills 
• Good business writing skills
