DescriptionDefine target state architecture and develop phased
roadmaps that front load business value and deliver critical
capabilities to enable digital transformation. Work with Solution
architects, Business teams, Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts,
Developers to define end to end architecture that incorporates
application, information, integration, security. Collaborate with IT
Infrastructure and Cybersecurity on enterprise solution designs.
Establish and lead the Dynatrace Enterprise Architecture Council
comprised of cross functional representation from R&D, EDE, Business
Systems to review changes that impact the overall enterprise
architecture. Define business architecture framework (capability
models/ assessments, organizational frameworks, process frameworks).
Evolve and enable team on technical architecture (state diagrams,
systems diagrams, design patterns, integration architecture, data
architecture). Provide architecture oversight of application and
technology projects and programs.Motivate, coach, and serve as a role
model and mentor for other solution and integration architects.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements: 12+ years of IT architecture
and/or software delivery experience across multiple disciplines 10+
yrs Salesforce multi-cloud experience including Sales, Revenue,
Experience, ServicesHS Diploma or GED is requiredPreferred
Requirements: Hands- on experienced technologist with deep expertise
in enterprise systems architecture, solution design, integration
design, new/existing product & technology assessments. A customer
first mindset to drive architecture that is scalable, secure, cloud
first, cost effective and increase business agility. Experience with
Salesforce CPQ, and QTC consumption models in B2B contextStrong
understanding of Architectural Frameworks like TOGAF as well as
ability to adapt to new paradigms Deep understanding of Business,
Application and Technology Capability model and demonstrable
experience driving Architecture around Business Capabilities while
working in Agile teams Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills to both executives, technical architects
and developers Experience with public companies is highly preferred
Experience with SAS back office technologies including SAP, NS,
