Job Responsibilities
- Define and develop Strategies for specific customer needs
- Lead wet process application development and CIP on existing applications
- Development of reliability criteria & testing reliability of applications on hardware
- Determination of application process window
- Technical direction of product roadmap
- Methodology of resolving problems
- Ensuring systematic data collection and analysis
- Alignment with applicable organizations within Lam, including the Field
- Establishing customer relationships
- Market share growth
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including presentations
- Development of Best Known Methodology
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor equipment R&D with particular expert capability in clean process modules.
- Master Degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics or related field of study
- Minimum of 10 years relevant industry R&D experience; 5 years in a senior management role
- Demonstrable experience in successfully leading the development of new technologies in etch, clean or deposition process equipment
- Track record in driving successful development projects following a creative & fast paced development cycle
- Technical knowledge of engineering disciplines
- Ability to exercise independent judgment applying scientific and technical knowledge
- Troubleshooting and statistical process control skills
- Organization & team development experience
- Able to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel is required
Employment in Austria
This position is subject to
the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in
the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group I. A higher payment
is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is
paid 14 times per year.
