You act as an entrepreneur, focus on results and stay aware of costs and commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are personally committed to the customers concerns and award them a high-priority and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or comparable, preferably a PhDAt least 10 years of professional experience in the field of wafer technology, product development or application engineeringProven experience in leading, developing and motivating a team within a global organization would be a plusA profound understanding of the interdependency of technology and product characteristicsSolid theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of electrical chip development/power electronics (Si/SiC technologies, MOSFETs, IGBTs and/or power diodes)Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers, as well as internally with colleagues, management peers and upper management levelsBusiness fluent English language skills, first German language skills and/or the willingness to learn German would be a plusWe offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
