Electronic Development Engineer

Hobson Prior is seeking an Electronic Development Engineer for a permanent role based in Innsbruck, Austria. The successful candidate will be involved in the design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits for various applications. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for diverse applications.
• Create circuit diagrams and oversee the layout process for printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Prototype, test, and validate electronic designs, perform diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and firmware developers, to define project requirements and specifications.
• Document design specifications, test procedures, and design verification reports.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or high-frequency engineering.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and printed circuit board design.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
