You can read more about your future products here >>Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand market needs and translate them into usable and valuable solutions.Take ownership of the user experience for assigned web applications, projects, or modules within a cross-functional product team.Work collaboratively with various colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience.Maintain a relentless focus on usability, ensuring our products meet the highest standards to support our customers' businesses.Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to continually enhance product usability and effectiveness.Champion user-centred design principles throughout the product development process.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.You are ready, if you ...Bring minimum 3 years proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative solutions. Experience working in an agile product development environment is preferred.Have proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo or Hotjar.Possess expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.Have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful user experiences.Our Inclusiveness CommitmentWe believe in celebrating our differences.
