Experience (VIE) program:Assignments are open for citizens of European
Union countries between 18 and 28 yearsA VIE assignment will be in a
country other than that of the candidate's nationalityNever have
worked in AustriaAssignment lasts from 12 to 24 months, renewable once
within a cumulative limit of 24 monthsCompensation (non-taxable)
linked to the cost of living index and set by Business France: 2
823,12 per month in Austria (update 1st of April 2024)Set up by
public sector statute in France, managed by the Business France
organizationInternational social protection is extended to eligible

HR Generalist in Vienna.Your Role:Support of the local HR team in the
day-to-day operational tasksMonitor and coordinate local HR
initiativesSupport with the follow-up of recruitment activities to
ensure the internal processesEnsure the HR onboarding process of new
employeesCoordination and implementation of training measuresSupport
the employer branding activitiesDevelopment of HR internal
communicationEnsure that all policies and rules are followedSupport
the improvement of processesMissions can evolve according to the needs
during the contract.Competencies & Skills:University Degree in human
resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economySome
experience as a HR Generalist covering all areas of HR management
practiceBasic understanding of HR Controlling aspectsProficient with
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)Fluent in English
and willingness to learn German (knowledge of German is
desirable)Ability to manage time effectively and good organizational
skillsGood communication skills and interpersonal skillsPositive and
proactive attitudePreference/willingness to collaborate with various
people in an international environmentIdeally, we are looking for
