Then you've come to the right place!For our location in Kroellendorf (Allhartsberg, Austria) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our HR department as full-time employee as:HR Manager (all genders)Your mission:Advice & support for employees and managers of AUSTRIA JUICE GmbH on all HR topics Contact person for the Austrian works council on all co-determination-related issues Coordination of the entire employee life cycle (contract creation, onboarding, personnel development, remuneration, etc.)Management of the recruiting process incl. co-design and implementation of employer branding activitiesResponsible for the management & implementation of all HR processes in the annual cycle (e.g. salary adjustment and bonus process)Preparation of the annual personnel budget (costs and headcount) and responsibility for reporting meaningful KPIs Support in the conception and implementation of various group-wide HR projectsYour background:Academic Degree (economics, psychology, etc.)At least 5 years of experience in operational HR management, ideally in a manufacturing companyProactive, value-oriented personality with passion for HRConfident appearance, reliability, as well as service and solution orientationExcellent understanding of numbers and IT affinity; ideally with experience in Sage DPW, SAP, and Workday Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor & social lawBusiness fluent in German & EnglishOur benefits: Responsible position with exciting tasks and a lot of creative freedom in a very collegial team and a great working atmosphere!Austrian company, embedded in a stable, international corporate environment with diverse prospects and further training opportunitiesPerformance-related bonus payment, company cell phone, financial support for lunch from the employer, home office, flexible working hoursAnnual gross salary (full-time basis): from 60,000 to 80,000.
