About your role
As the Head of Finance Partnering and Enterprise Performance, reporting directly to the Group Head of Finance, you will lead our finance Business Partnering and Enterprise Performance teams. Your primary responsibility will be to engage deeply with Business Unit Heads across the organisation, refining and developing people, processes, and systems to provide commercial insights to our Board, Executive team, and Group Heads.

Your role will include:

  • Leading the enhancement of finance systems and processes to uplift the control framework and enhance productivity.
  • Streamlining the Finance Business Partner model to deliver enhanced engagement, insights, and value to the Fund.
  • Collaborating with external service providers and the Finance Leadership Team to identify process automation and improvement opportunities.
  • Driving the annual budget and forecasting process in alignment with the Fund's financial strategy.
  • Embedding the Enterprise Performance Framework and Key Performance Indicators across the organisation.
  • Delivering high-quality insights, analysis, modelling, and business partnering to support decision-making at all levels.
You will be CPA/CA qualified with over 10 years of senior professional experience. You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and management. Experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably in Financial Services or Superannuation, is essential. You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and reports, along with the ability to lead and manage direct reports effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, reflecting the collaborative and supportive nature of our Finance team.
