To strengthen Global Management Team in Salzburg Kasern we are looking for a Head of QHSE Product Line Marine Solutions (f/m/d).In this role you are part of the management team of the Global Product Line MARINE SOLUTIONS. You report directly to the Head of Global Product Line Quality Management of the Corporate Function Process and Quality Management. In this role as QHSE team leader, you manage and develop an international team of QM and HSE specialists. You set standards in building and developing your international team as well as in product and process improvement. You find it exciting to take on responsibility and be part of an internationally active and motivated team that significantly develops the quality of our processes and products. Then welcome to our team! _____TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for defining, optimising and implementing the relevant quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management processes in the international Product Line Marine Solutions (Marine Handling Solution, Boats & Davits and Wind & Marine Crane).You take over the independent management and continuous improvement of the QHSE area as well as the technical leadership of the QHSE managers in the international legal units of PL-Marine.You are part of the PL-Marine management team and therefore technically responsible for all QHSE topics and report directly to the Global PLQM.You consistently involve all departments and employees concerned in the development of ideas for optimising processes and products as well as testing, working and operating equipment.You define and develop relevant QHSE requirements, including the maintenance and further development of our integrated management system.Responsible for the implementation and realisation of the global strategy and goals in the spirit of QM+ / Lifting Quality / Marine.You manage the Q-Circle in the Global PL Marine, track the topics using the 8D method and involve all departments in the improvement process.In addition, you are responsible for the development steps in new developments, our PDP (Product Development Process) principles and in the case of customer projects, CPP (Customer Project Process) about quality, environmental and safety-relevant criteria are adopted in our PL-Marine and documented in a traceable form.Responsible for the development of QHSE topics in contract management and audits with potential customers.You train the responsible persons in the global subsidiaries on QHSE topics.You analyse and report the relevant QHSE KPIs and develop them further in a future-oriented collaboration with the Global PLQM organisation._____QUALIFICATIONSDegree from a university or successfully completed engineering studies or comparable training.
