CRANES based in Köstendorf, we are looking for a Head of QUALITY
MANAGEMENT Product Line Crane (w/m/d).In your role as Head of QUALITY
MANAGEMENT Product Line Crane you will be an essential member of the
Global Product Line LOADER CRANE management team. Reporting directly
to the Head of Global Product Line Quality Management of the Corporate
Function Process and Quality Management, you will be responsible for
the management and progressive development of a highly qualified
international team of quality management specialists. If you are

TASKS:Lead the PLQM team at an international level for the entire
crane product line segment, shaping strategic initiatives for quality
management.As the PLQM team leader, pioneer the establishment and
evolution of your international team, driving a culture of continuous
improvement in both products and processes.Play a pivotal role as a
member of the management team in the Global Product Line Crane,
actively contributing to release decisions in the development
process.Define, optimize, and implement quality and environmental
management processes. Align global strategy and objectives with the
QM+/Lifting Quality strategy in the international product line
Crane.Manage the Q-Circle in the Global Product Line Crane, applying
the 8D method to track and involve all departments in a collaborative
improvement process.Take charge of quality and compliance activities
in R&D projects within the Crane segment throughout development phases
and the transfer of products from R&D to the value chain.Provide
expert support to product development, applying advanced
quality-related development tools and methods to enhance efficiency
and outcomes.Ensure the continual maintenance and enhancement of
quality and safety standards throughout the product development
process (PDP) and the entire product life cycle.Manage internal
interfaces, offering technical support for the ongoing development and
expansion of existing claim management procedures.Conduct training
sessions to elevate awareness of quality and environmental
considerations and guarantee the effective implementation of
improvement measures_____YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Degree from a university
or successfully completed engineering studies or comparable
training.Several years of professional experience in QM and training
in integrated management systems {ISO 9001, 14001, 45001,
etc.).Several years of professional experience in project management,
leading projects, leading interdisciplinary project teams.Experience
and application knowledge of common quality methods {FMEA, APQP, PPAP,
Ishikawa, SWhy, etc.).Confident handling of MS Office programs
{PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and ERP programs {SAP).High level of
service and customer orientation, as well as experience and handling
of complaints/ customer problems.Good communication and teamwork
skills as well as high discretion and loyalty.Flexibility, ability to
work under pressure and organisational skills.Independent,
self-reliant and problem-solving approach to work.Willingness to
travel {min. 40%)Very good knowledge of English is a prerequisite,
further foreign language skills are an advantage._____WE

PALfit.Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry
collective agreement is EUR 57.578,92 per year. We are willing to
