In this role, you will develop, refine and optimize our customer strategy in Germany. Reporting directly to the Director Regional Sales in Europe, you will responsible for sales activities, support and customer relationship management, and budget and forecast planning in Germany.Your ResponsibilitiesOperate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&SProfit & revenue-responsibility for defined accounts incl. review of budget vs. actualContract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelinesOptimize accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service & quality Acquisition and development of new customers/projectsFocus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new businessYour ProfileAt least 5 years of experience in Account ManagementCommercial/technical education with commercial/technical understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Customer ServiceDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-levelExcellent negotiation, communication and social skillsGood IT skills in MS Office and KPI toolsExperienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsWillingness to travelFluent in written and verbal German and English (additional languages are a plus)Our OfferPersonal and professional growth opportunities in a multinational, dynamic companyChance to actively contribute to AT&S success and to create valueA secure position with long-term career perspective in an internationally expanding environmentFlexibility through state of the art technological equipment and remote working (home office in the area of Berlin)Attractive and competitive compensation packageReady for a new challenge to advance your career?
