For our Region Central & Northern Europe Barilla Austria GmbH wants to recruit a Key Account Manager (f_m_d) within the Austrian Sales department. The individual will be based in Innsbruck and will report to the Managing Director Austria.

Key Accountabilities

  • You will assume full responsibility for assigned key accounts by understanding our customers' needs and implementing the company's sales goals
  • You will be responsible for annual discussions incl. exchange with your peers in other countries regarding international negotiations
  • You will be responsible for one direct report. Together you will be the interface to the field sales agency and the contact person for e-commerce
  • By analyzing potential and deriving customer-specific measures, you will actively contribute to the medium and long-term sales strategy
  • In collaboration with Category Management, you plan, implement and monitor listings, assortments and promotions
  • You conduct quarterly and annual reviews independently after preparing them in collaboration with the local team

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree (e.g. Business Administration or comparable) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience of which minimum of 3 years in Key Account Management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Great communication, leadership and negotiation skills
  • A passion for sales
  • High level of autonomy, proactivity and engagement as well as being a team player
  • Excellent German and English language skills are mandatory

Based on our collective agreement (trade), your salary will be at least €3.683,00 gross per month, but may be higher depending on qualifications and experience. You will also be provided with a company car for this position.
