Your role in the team

As a Product Engineer (PE), you focus onengineering,value creation andproduct delivery

You will bringdifferentengineeringteams andstakeholderstogethertocreate the best possible Dynatrace experience forourcustomers(use-case focus)

You are a close sparring partner to Product Management as a counselor and challenger to the Product Roadmap and are responsible to bringing the roadmap to life/our customers

Youdrive technical decisions andareresponsible forend-to-end delivery and ahigh-qualityoutcome

You willform internal project teams andcoordinate cross-team activity toenhance value creation

You will work with Product Owners and Architects to plan andbreak down the “WHAT problem we want to solve” into the “HOW to solve it”

Youmake surethat theteamsarealignedwith ourroadmap and that they can focus on their charter

Youidentifythe need for engineering power and find solutions withour Development leadership

Deep experiencein software development asSeniororPrincipal Software Engineer, Product Owner, Development TeamorDepartment Lead in anagile IT/Software environment

Severalyearsoftechnical leadershipexperience

Excellentcommunicationskills - you are able to getdifferent stakeholders (Product Management, the team's Product Owner, Product Architects, ...) on the same page and align people and strategy

Compensation and rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options withnumerous benefits and advantages.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer ahigher salary in line with qualification and experience.
