Lead Product Manager - Power Distribution Components

As Lead Product Manager for Power Distribution Components EMEA, you are responsible for driving the growth and success of the Surge Protection and RCBO portfolios. You work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to develop and launch successful products that align with our business strategy and customer needs. You own the product lifecycle including ideation, development, launch, maintenance and phase-out. You are directly responsible for the end-to-end financial performance of the product portfolio, addressing competitiveness, product cost, sustainability, customer support, quality and price positioning.  What you’ll do:Create and coordinate execution of a viable product strategy for selected power distribution component portfolios.Responsible for the complete Product Lifecycle management and the creation of strategic long-term Product Roadmaps.Communication of Product Strategy to key organizational internal stakeholders (Sales, SCM, Engineering, Business Development)Keep abreast of competition, evaluate market trends (based on Segment/CSO/VOC/ Marketing input) and incorporate them into strategic roadmapsDefine the Product Positioning approach (pricing, specification level, promotion, placement) that maximizes product portfolio utilization and profitability.Define Value proposition for New Product Introductions (NPI) ensuring successful commercial launch and market competitiveness.P&L Responsibility for the assigned products in EMEA.Lead annual Profit Planning and R&D Planning efforts for respective product segments by creating and aligning strategic project proposals. Drive Make vs. Buy evaluation and decision for specific product introductions.Business case ownership for NPI projects Establishing and Tracking Product KPIs Support and provide guidance to junior Product Managers and Technical support teamQualifications:University degree in electrical engineering or similar technical education5-10 years of professional experienceSolid knowledge of Power Distribution Components (RCBO, Surge Protection Technology)Experience with building go-to-market strategiesFluency in English, German is an advantage
