Led by down-to-earth and approachable Directors who you will work with on a daily business developing the national maintenance division.

You will be paid up to $200k, including a car, depending on your preference. The head office is in the heart of Richmond, close to stations, freeway, and lunch spots.

You will manage a team of 15 staff members, including Account Managers, Technicians, business development, and P&L within the maintenance sector. The division you will lead already serves top-tier organisations on the eastern seaboard and in NZ.

There is ample opportunity to cross-sell with the projects division and grow this business. They are scratching the surface, and there is much opportunity to take this division to the next level.

You will manage Account Managers, Technicians, business development, and P&L within the maintenance sector. In total, there are 15 staff members, and the business directly employs 100. They are also developing in niche sectors such as the data centre sector, so there will be further opportunities to grow this division.

The whole business meets once a year in an idyllic spot in Queensland to discuss results and strategy and celebrate critical wins. Guest speakers, workshops, self-development sessions, and fun activities are all included in the program.

The directors have created an open and collaborative environment and have lofty ambitions to double headcount in the next five years. If you can drive profit and growth, there is a potential opportunity for you to own a part of the division. 

We are looking for proven leadership in maintenance, facilities, or similar. If you have led a business in the maintenance sector and have a track record of producing results, we would like to hear from you. 

You might also be looking for the next chapter in your career and have the experience and capabilities but need help seeing the pathway to becoming a National Manager.
