Pricing Actuary (d/m/f)

Gen Re currently offers an excellent opportunity for Pricing Actuary (d/m/f)  to work in the Life Europe, LatAm & MENA based in our Vienna  office. The position is initially limited to 2 years.

Your Role

The position of a Reinsurance Pricing Actuaryinvolves servicing and actively maintaining relationships with our clientsand includes a broad range of tasks, including:

• Actuarial analysis and assessment of life and health insurance and reinsurance portfolios
  
• Evaluating life and health insurance products
  
• Reinsurance quotations and designing reinsurance structures based on best practices
  
• Participationin international projects

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics or actuarial science. However, for the right person a different background may also be taken into consideration
  
• First work experience or internship in insurance or reinsurance would be beneficial
  
• Interest in working in an international environment
  
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally in data analysis tools
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Fluentin English, fluent in German would be beneficial, other language skills arewelcome
