This enables innovators to modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and ensure flawless digital experiences.Job DescriptionWork across the organization with embedded Design & Experience practitioners and domain-specific leadership to ensure we are building a strong product experience for our customers. Inspire and empower designers through listening, mentorship, coaching, and career guidance. Also, be a strong sparring partner, and challenge designers to continue growing and innovating. Support cross-solution product experience design initiatives, and have agility to still work in the craft for strategic projects. Align with leadership across the organization to work towards a cohesive and unified strategy. Develop and nudge our design organization forward, directly collaborating with UX management and the extended team.  Help grow the Design & Experience department, by collaborating with cross-lab internal partners (e.g. talent acquisition, HR, product, engineering).   Provide guidance to teams and enable them to operate autonomously. Live, support, and help to further develop Dynatrace's culture & values. QualificationsExperiences in leading UX strategy initiatives and, showing strong leadership as well as mentorship experiences. Rock-solid product experience design skills matured by working in the industry for indicatively 10-15 years or more — with a good part of those at enterprise software product companies.   You have been hands-on in the product experience design craft for many years.  You are good at mentoring, coaching, and helping the product and the team bring a product shine. Experienced in building and scaling successful in-house UX design teams within large software organizations (hundreds of employees or more).   Can-do attitude with a very hands-on and solution-oriented approach. Able to work and scale within a fast-growing environment, while thinking and planning strategically.  High drive, ability to deal with conflicts, flexibility, and a dynamic mindset.   Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in English), and strong cross-department collaborator.   Able to positively impact team spirit across any kind of situation.  Please kindly apply with both your resume and portfolio in English.
