In this program individual projects are driving their part of transformation, being responsible for testing activities in their respective project. Bring your expertise and join our internationally composed team as a Program Test Manager (m/f/d) based in Vienna, Austria!Your ResponsibilitesDefine and implement a comprehensive test framework for the program, ensuring high quality and effectiveness
Coordinate and monitor testing activities in the individual projects of the program, collaborating with various teams to ensure test coverage, and quality
Create and maintain effective test reporting structures, providing regular updates on progress and results to program management
Evaluate and recommend testing tools to enhance the testing process
Improve the degree of test automation, using up-to-date technologies (e.g. GenAI)
Collaborate with various Program functions, such as Development (e.g. test-driven development), Operations (e.g. regression testing), Migration CoC, etc
Ensure governance for functional, integration, migration and regression test frameworkYour QualificationsUniversity degree in business informatics, information technology, or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in test leadership or test management in complex IT projects or programs
Proficiency in software testing methods, tools, and agile development methods (SAFe) with a focus on test automation
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in managing co-located teams, with a willingness to travelCertifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plusVery good communication skills in English, German of advantage

Our Offer
The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 56,000.
