In your new role you will:Development of products for Power MOS automotive applications, considering aspects of production strategy, up to series production releaseInitiating, planning and controlling new product development activities for automotive applicationsCoordination of subprojects within the product projects, including technology, testing and package developmentDefinition of specific product requirements in close cooperation with technical experts, application and marketing departmentsProject planning including definition of work packages, timelines, costs, resource planning, risk management and stakeholder managementLead of development projects and project teams in an international environmentConduct a forward-looking risk management to identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenariosThis position is part of the Project Management Career Path. You recognize new opportunities and cooperate across boundaries to pursue them effectively.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or similarAt least 5 years of professional experience and thereof 2 years of leading projects and project teamsHands on project management skills in the area of MOSFETs, discrete products or power conversionA strong technical understanding in the POWER MOSFET environmentSolid knowledge in the development and/ormanufacturing of semiconductor packagesIntercultural competencies and communication skills, able to bring your messages across with your excellent English skillsWe offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
