In this process you will work with the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud.Your jobs key responsibilities are:Accompanying customers from the pre-sales phase, through solution design, to the implementation in the projectPreparing the problem space together with the customer in workshops: documenting and analyzing the requirements, as well as transforming them into innovative solutionsConfiguring and adapting the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud according to the solution conceptIntegrating the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or Intelligent Sales Cloud in the customers existing system landscapePursuing integrated solutions with other customer experience products and ERP-systemsYOUR SKILLSEssential Skills3+ years of professional experience in the implementation and configuration of the SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP Sales CloudStrong technical understandingSolid knowledge about cloud technologies as well as business processes in customer service and salesExcellent communication skills in English and German (min. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. Therefore, you can expect a salary that ranges between 70,000 and 85,000 gross/year.
