You Will Be DoingAs a Sales Executive, you are responsible for our
customers' inquiries and process their orders and deliveries.You
create new customers in our systems and create Jira tickets. You will
also be responsible for monitoring internal processes and working
closely with other departments.What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
Accepting and processing customer enquiries Processing orders and
customer enquiriesCreating and editing inventory topics and creating
customer accounts in SalesforceProcessing orders and delivery
notesMonitoring ordersCommunicating with internal and external
partnersRecording appointments, license changes and carrying out
cancellationsCreating and processing Jira tickets for existing
customersClose cooperation with Customer SuccessSupport with the
creation of quotationsRequirementsCompleted commercial trainingGood
knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience with Salesforce is an
advantageGood written and spoken German and English skillsAffinity for
e-mobility and sustainability topicsAnalytical and systematic thinking
