For our team in Southern Germany we are looking for a Senior Partner Manager Sales (f/m/d) with the goal to optimally support our existing partners, to acquire further partners and to continuously expand our business. We place particular emphasis on a partner and customer-oriented consulting approach in order to create a strategic and long-term relationship with our partners and their customers.
Our partner managers are responsible for the entire Akarion product portfolio, i.e. all modules of the Akarion Compliance Cloud. This currently includes the areas of data protection, information security, whistleblowing, business continuity and e-learning. Through close collaboration with our customers/partners, our portfolio is constantly expanding. You work in the environment of innovative technologies such as blockchain, which also requires that you deal with the current developments as well as requirements of the market and translate them into customer-oriented solutions.

Your responsibilitiesEstablish sustainable sales and partner management with the aim of significantly increasing the partner and customer base
Analyse partner target groups and focus on winning new partners
Analyse, update and continuously optimise the existing partner strategy
Consider modern partnership concepts and customer approaches
Identify and use the potential of target groups - establish new partner groups and categories
Pursue existing and create new leads and opportunities
Communicating the competitive advantages of our unique portfolio to strategic partners as well as IT system houses
Accompanying suitable partners in their development and expansion through various certification levels to become AKARION Excellence Partners
Active support of the AKARION partners in all sales-relevant processes and co-responsibility for achieving Akarion's sales targets
Your profileStrong passion and talent for partner management and sales
Several years of experience in or with small and large consultancies as well as law firms
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Representation of the company towards partners and clients
Distinct proactive communication, outstanding team skills incl. team motivation
Close cooperation with other departments of the company, such as Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Business Development
Fluent in written and spoken English and German, other languages desirable
At least 5 years of practical experience in sales or partner management
Confident in using modern communication tools and CRM systems, e.g. Salesforce
Enjoys on-site visits to partners and customers
High level of resilience, ability to take criticism
