YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:The Senior Process Manager develops the global strategy for processes and data based on the corporate strategy in alignment with the Process Owner.Develop the global strategy for processes and data based on the corporate strategy in alignment with the Process OwnerManage, develop, and sustain the Supply Chain processes, particularly in the fields of Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain network designSecure an effective process management by overseeing the integration of various Supply Chain systems, to optimize data flow and process automationLead tasks & projects by providing training and guidance on process improvements and the effective utilization of systems and toolsImprove Process & Data Standards by establishing robust data management practices, including data collection, validation, analysis and reportingDrive communication and coordination with various stakeholders Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Supply Chain Management to drive innovation and proactively identify opportunities for improvementYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Academic degree or proven track record in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Process Management or related field Several years of experience with ERP systems (especially SAP MM, PP, TM) are advantageousIdeally proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Supply Chain Management software (e.g., WMS, TMS)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsGreat interest in the conception and implementation of new processesOrganized and structured personality with practical implementation skillsWillingness for occasional travelFluent in English, German is a plusWE OFFER:Good work-life-Balance thanks to flexible working hoursPerformance-related payment and attractive bonus systemsCareer planning and development opportunities Ongoing further trainingVoluntary social benefits through our PALfit company health management systemMinimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18.
