You negotiate with stakeholders on change requests and incorporate them into contracts.You manage the project risks by identifying and assessing all risk factors utilizing available risk assessment tools.You monitor continuously the project status, early identify discrepancies, and initiate mitigation measures where necessary.You work with your team. You agree targets with the team and delegate defined responsibilities and authorities.You ensure compliance to valid regulations, rules and standards.You ensure efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders.You drive the project closure and ensure that all relevant information is filed and available for future projects.Unsere Anforderungen:5+ years management experience of complex construction and plant building projectsAdvanced knowledge of EAF related engineering and technology to understand technical implicationsAdvanced knowledge in project management methods and tools, know-how of contract law and regulations for project businessWork experience in international teamsWillingness for travels and site delegationsAdvanced knowledge in English and GermanProactive, solution-oriented attitudeHigh integrity in dealing with othersQuality oriented and structured work approachStrong leadership and communication skillsDistinctive conflict management skillsInter-cultural skillsAngebote & Benefits:Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens 58.788,80.
