As a requirements manager you will be responsible for planning,
implementing and coordinating the Requirements Management activities
within our automotive business line Secure Car Access.Your
Responsibilities:Responsible to define and drive the requirements
management process for automotive product development and relevant
documentationStakeholder management to drive horizontal and vertical
linking of requirements, tests and resultsResponsible for regular
project requirements status reportingSupport impact analysis in case
of requirements changesManage and support data exchange process i.e.
formatted printing, export/ import to and from various tools (Excel,
Doors, ELM7, Oxygen,…)Train development team in Requirements
Engineering process & support Requirements Management ToolsRepresent
own business in Cross Business Alignments and Process Change Control
BoardsProvide improvement suggestions from own business & implement
Change Control Boards decisions in own businessYour Profile:Relevant
Bachelor or Master degree (information management, electronics,
software engineering or similar)min. 5 years of working experience in
product definition and/or requirements engineeringVery good
communication skills / Soft skillsSelf managed and organizedExcellent
English skills, both oral and writtenRequirements Management (e.g. IBM
Doors) experience is a plusProgramming skills in VBA / Python are a
