Corporate Controlling Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we
are looking for a passionate(Senior) Specialist Corporate Controlling
(f/m/d) In the role, you will be working as a trusted finance business
partner to closely collaborate with the leaders and managers in
Operations Departments on daily and ad-hoc controlling reports and
projects. The position will be directly reporting to the Head of
Functional Controlling. Your ResponsibilitiesActing as a trusted
business partner to interface with leaders in Operations Department in
all financial elements.Developing Dashboards & presenting KPIs success
factors (soft & hard) to frame the finance reports in Operations
Department. Ability to tailor to fit to audience, and articulate
complex positions in a compelling way.Proactively monitor, analyze key
data related to performance measurement for dedicated business
areas/departments and conduct cross functional reviews.Collaborate and
contribute in cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc reporting.Your
ProfileBA or MA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,
Engineering or related field.3-5 years’ experience as Financial
Analyst or Plant Controller (preferably in a manufacturing company),
engineering working experience in a manufacture is an advantage. Good
analytical skill and critical thinking.Profound Excel and SAP skills
(FI/CO, BW, BPC).Fluent in English both written and oral.Agile,
solution oriented and good handling of numbers.Reliable and through
work style accompanied by top time management skills.Ability to stay
focused and perform in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Our

In accordance with the Austrian Collective Agreement for the Electrical and Electronics Industry, we advise that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 49 643.72 Euro. Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
