The focus of the Support Specialist’s role is to drive and close
Microsoft Support contract opportunities to ensure customers are
supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, improving
their health and enabling customer outcomes and consumption. The
Support Specialist leverages Microsoft’s unique expertise to help
customers use their Microsoft investments as productively as possible.

years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or related field AND several years of
technology-related sales or account management experience.Experience
with selling software-as-a-service, cloud-based solutions to large
enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets. Developing demand and
pipe by building BDM networking, assessing strategic customer
objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, key
improvement scenarios and an ability to measure and present
incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed.Full
proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and German (Level B2
or higher).Preferred Qualifications Ability to sell solutions with
connected end-to-end business transformation across business units
within enterprise accounts.Leading/orchestrating sales processes
across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation,
customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging in
sophisticated business case discussions.Deal crafting, negotiating
terms and contracts for multimillion-dollar digital transformation
initiatives.Disciplined operator with demonstrated accuracy in
forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.Strong track
record, history of carrying and exceeding an enterprise account sales
quota. Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings, ideally
including Microsoft’s cloud platform, including competitors and
related ecosystems. The security, regulatory and compliance needs of

environment.The salary for this role is starting from 73,900 euros per

and services to lead the proposal or development of solutions that
align with customer and Microsoft priorities. Drives consumption and
grow business with existing strategic customers by initiating
conversations and the collaboration with partners or internal teams.
Develops strategies for driving and closing strategic and/or
prioritized opportunities. Leads the sales orchestration and deal
execution with internal stakeholders across the organization. Applies
a holistic approach to build network across territories. Positions
