You work for customers all over the world and are an important technical component for the basis of our client's intralogistics systems and their high availability

Job Description Your Mission
  • You start in technical 1st level support to immerse yourself in the company culture, products and customers.
  • Depending on development/experience, the doors for 2nd or 3rd level support are open.
  • You are an important factor in the ongoing operation of the automated customer warehouses, which are distributed around the globe.
  • Optimisation suggestions, advice and the processing of technical customer enquiries are part of your area of responsibility.
  • After sometime, you will be responsible for training new employees.
  • You will work with various departments and specialists, including those from international subsidiaries, on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
  • You have a great enthusiasm for IT and have acquired a sound knowledge of IT (knowledge of LINUX and SQL would be an advantage).
  • Good German and English language skills are required.
  • Team spirit, reliability and initiative are part of your personality.
  • You see customer contact as a positive challenge.
  • You are an IT enthusiast with basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • You impress with your strong communication skills.
