Specialist Generator Business - After-Sales (m/f/d)

DescriptionWe are looking for a Specialist in Generator Business (m/f/d) to join our After-Sales team at INNIO. In this position you are a recognized expert with a proven track record in domain technical and service area. The main goal is to increase customer satisfaction by taking strategic and operational decisions about maintenance and repair approaches, as well as to increase productivity and speed in our generator service business, both technically and commercially. This role will strongly collaborate with our Sourcing department and ensures that our premium service requirements are met in our supplier contracts.What we offer:An innovative and international working environmentFlexible working time model (depending on position and role)Health We Care Program – including company sport activitiesMoving cost support for new employees in accordance with policyGood connections to public transport – station in direct proximityTransportation cost support in accordance with policyOne of the best canteens in the area with healthy and various mealsAttractive location in the heart of the alps which provides various outdoor sport and other leisure possibilitiesYour Responsibilities:Develop and lead INNIO service strategy for generator maintenance and repairBe the service representative for supplier contracts (both new equipment & services) – focus on generatorsStrongly collaborate with our Sourcing department and be responsible that INNIO’s service business requirements will be negotiated and implemented in our Original Equipment Manufacturer (=OEM) and service contracts for generatorsAccountable to continuously optimize the life cycle costs of INNIO’s generator service businessResponsible to ensure service readiness for key projects and highlight product improvement needs within the INNIO fleetDrive technical innovations to optimize the preventive and corrective maintenance strategy on our generatorsTake strategic decisions to reduce customer downtimes in generalYour Profile:Very good working experience in after-sales generator business within an international company operating in a relevant industry to INNIO, paired with a strong commercial and technical background for generatorsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Sciences or equivalent from an accredited college or universityDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple prioritiesAn excellent technical aptitude as well as influencing, negotiation and facilitating skillsExperienced in project management with strong communication & negotiation skillsStrong customer service mindset, team player mentality with a continuous improvement mindset – Ability to understand needs and drive service strategyFluent in German and English, other language skills are an advantageWillingness to travelThe base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
