Supervisor Facility

What you’ll do:The Supervisor for Facility is responsible for technical and disciplinary management of employees in the Plant Electric Department as well as resource planning in relation to personnel, machines, materials and operating resources (Energy supply, heat supply,...).Further development and processing of maintenance plans Coordination of recurring tests (FI tests, testing of emergency lighting systems, etc.) incl. documentaionFurther development and maintenance of the electrical system of the plantParticipation in facility management projects, especially in the area of house and building services engineeringCoordination of legal inspections (inspection of heating systems,....)Supervision of building services (compressed air system, heating system, ventilation systems,...)Suggestions for continuous system improvementCoordination of troubleshooting - handling of fault reportsCoordination of external service providersImplement and enforce applicable safety and environmental regulations.Controlling workload and creating schedules.Support for the preparation of the investment plan for the facility area.Procurement of external resources and their processing and billing.Qualifications:Degree in Electrical Engineering 3- 5 years related experience in  Electrical MaintenanceSkills:• Solid technical education (electrical engineering or building services engineering) with practical experience• Experience in the field of facility, electrical engineering , infrastructure and technical building equipment at least 3 years• Knowledge of processes and interrelationships in building services engineering (HVAC additional qualifications)• Basic knowledge of using SAP.• Cost optimization orientation • Persistence in the pursuit of goals '• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.• Strong ability to work in a group.• Passionate about using and learning new technologies.• Collect and evaluate ideas.• Team members• Understands the importance of a project environment.• Strong communication skills – written and verbal communication.• Project management• Problem-solving• Interpersonal skills• Creativity• Flexibility/Adaptability
