This is a path we can only take together – join in!Your tasks:You are managing the service delivery, change and support process for M2M/IOT solutions together with customers,partners and suppliers along the value chain. You are working with/on a high-performance iot-platform based on different technologies and protocolsYou are part of an expert team with different focus topics (Networks, Devices, IOT Platform, Application Test, Sim Management,..).You are tasked with the provisioning and configuration of IT-infrastructure and network elements (e.g. device management, server configuration, IPplanning, routing, firewall configuration, etc.).You will coordinate the installation and/or configuration of all applications and software components (e.g. configuration of customer accounts, user roles and permissions, databases, reports etc.). You do quality assurance and end-to-end testing.You are supporting and training the customer service teams for new offerings and after-sales customer care, incident handling,troubleshooting and release and outage management.Majority of time in Home/Remote Working possible.Our requirements:Technical Background and Understanding of Data Networks and Telecommunication Technologies with focus on Mobility and IOT Technologies.Knowledge about Internet, Cloud and Wireless Communication Technologies,Experience in Customer interaction.Eagerness and innate curiosity to analyze, diagnose and solve technical problems together with customer.Ability to understand and to translate customer needs and challenges for technicians, product managers and sales.Fluency in English and German required.Your personality:“Customer comes first” attitude.
