Your future role with us:
- Personal support for existing and new customers and partners in all service matters
- 3rd level product support (by telephone and via ticketing system)
- Error evaluation with the help of internal tools
- (Various) administrative activities in connection with order processing
- Regular support controlling and reporting
- Communication and information exchange with other functional areas (product management, development, sales)
- Active recognition of sales potential and handover to sales
- Supporting product management (acceptance of new functions, etc.)
- Active recognition of new possible (customer-specific) features
- Organizing customer training sessions
You bring along:
- Enthusiasm for digitalization and innovative technologies
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working paired with a strong team spirit
- Hands-on mentality & reliability
- Open, communicative personality and good customer understanding
- Analytical thinking skills
- Completed commercial and/or technical training (HAK, HTL, FH, university)
- Commercial knowledge, entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness
- Good IT skills and command of modern communication tools
- Good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
We offer you:
