Your future role with us:

  • Personal support for existing and new customers and partners in all service matters
  • 3rd level product support (by telephone and via ticketing system)
  • Error evaluation with the help of internal tools
  • (Various) administrative activities in connection with order processing
  • Regular support controlling and reporting
  • Communication and information exchange with other functional areas (product management, development, sales)
  • Active recognition of sales potential and handover to sales
  • Supporting product management (acceptance of new functions, etc.)
  • Active recognition of new possible (customer-specific) features
  • Organizing customer training sessions

You bring along:

  • Enthusiasm for digitalization and innovative technologies
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working paired with a strong team spirit
  • Hands-on mentality & reliability
  • Open, communicative personality and good customer understanding
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Completed commercial and/or technical training (HAK, HTL, FH, university)
  • Commercial knowledge, entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness
  • Good IT skills and command of modern communication tools
  • Good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English

We offer you:
