Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You are an organizational talent , want to take responsibility and ideally already have experience in the implementation of IT service projects? You have an independent and reliable way of working, the ability to understand complex interrelationships and can easily handle multiple parallel tasks?

#Profile

In this interesting position, you will be member of our System Operation team and act as an interface for operational departments such as Network Operations, Service Desk, etc. You will take responsibility for the coordination and execution of individual services and projects and always keep an eye on the project objective and thus quality during implementation. One of your main tasks will be project planning and constant monitoring of project progress. You will develop strategies for the successful implementation of transitions, monitor and coordinate their implementation and coordinate site upgrades in our global data centers. You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation of internal and external projects, tracking and reporting all project progress and delays. 

#Wanted

• Completed education ( preferably with a focus on project management or IT) or relevant professional experience
• Experience in project implementation in the IT field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (firewall, network, server, backup, clients)
• Understanding of processes and a high level of quality awareness
• Team player, high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• First experience with the Microsoft service landscape, VMware, NetApp, Atlassian Jira/Confluence an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
