transform and equip the SKF Group Manufacturing footprint with lean,

improved manufacturing performance. Bearing quality and related
measuring competence is important and increase the competitiveness of
SKF and our customers. QT (Quality Technology) is the CoE and
development center for special measurement solutions, standardization
and quality control of SKF end products. We are now looking for a
Development Manager – QT (m/f/d)Key responsibilitiesThe Development
Manager QT has a strategic and leadership role enhancing our
capabilities to shape a future where our technology lead to a more
sustainable, efficient, and innovative tomorrow. This position
requires a combination of technical expertise and project management
skills, and the ability to work across diverse teams and regions. As
Development manager QT you are part of the QT management team. You
will lead a dedicated team of Software specialists and Competence
owners working on technology innovation and automated measuring
concepts. Further you work closely together with all QT areas, as
Customer Services, PMO, Engineering and the Prototype manufacturing
team. In this role, you willDefine and develop future automatized
inspection (e.g. optical inspection) and measurement technologies
aligned with the overall business objectives.Drive the strategic
development portfolio and capabilities of research and development on
new Technologies on Measuring and Quality inspection technologies to
keep SKF state of the art.Collaborate with Universities and innovation
centres for Technology-Scouting.Drive innovation in our product
development aligned with SKF’s strategic Vision.Ensure that market and
customer requirements are at the forefront of our product development
by balancing cost-effectiveness, Quality and performance.Define
technical specifications of the Verification Operators in co-operation
with the Research & Technology Development teams and
BA.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work
experience. A master’s degree is preferablePrevious leadership roles
in similar positionsHigh experience in Project Management and project
leader in previous rolesln-depth interest and understanding of
technologies and circular manufacturing principlesStrong leadership
skills with the ability to motivate and guide global project
teamsSelf-motivated and persistent. Solution oriented way of
workingGood networking and stakeholder managementGood communication
skillsFluency in English, both verbally and in writingWe offerA
