Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung bist du dort im Einsatz, wo die Energiewende entsteh t: auf abwechslungsreichen Projekten in Tirol & Westösterreich .

Das heißt konkret: 

• Aufgabenfokus:  Je nach Erfahrung überwiegend Montage, anschließend schrittweise Erweiterung um Prüfung & Inbetriebnahme 

• Montage:  Installation elektrotechnischer Anlagen bei Kunden aus den Bereichen Wasserkraft, Photovoltaik, Energieverteilung sowie Wasser & Umwelttechnik 

• Unterwegs im Einsatz:  80 Prozent mehrtägige Baustelleneinsätze mit Übernachtung in Tirol & umliegenden Regionen 

• Inbetriebnahme:  Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen und Systeme direkt beim Kunden 

• Prüftechnik:  Durchführung elektrischer Messungen und Anlagenprüfungen nach deiner Einarbeitung

Das heißt konkret: 

• Aufgabenfokus:  Je nach Erfahrung überwiegend Montage, anschließend schrittweise Erweiterung um Prüfung & Inbetriebnahme 

• Montage:  Installation elektrotechnischer Anlagen bei Kunden aus den Bereichen Wasserkraft, Photovoltaik, Energieverteilung sowie Wasser & Umwelttechnik 

• Unterwegs im Einsatz:  80 Prozent mehrtägige Baustelleneinsätze mit Übernachtung in Tirol & umliegenden Regionen 

• Inbetriebnahme:  Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen und Systeme direkt beim Kunden 

• Prüftechnik:  Durchführung elektrischer Messungen und Anlagenprüfungen nach deiner Einarbeitung 

• Qualitätssicherung:  Sicherstellung der fachgerechten Umsetzung & Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

As an Electrical Engineer , you will develop the electrical systems behind an innovative ClimateTech product and help prepare it for international serial production. 

• Hardware Development:  Design and develop electrical hardware for the next generation of the Road Power Plant. 

• Circuit Design:  Create electrical schematics, select components and design high quality PCB layouts. 

• Testing & Validation:  Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and system validation. 

• Prototype Development:  Develop prototypes and support the transition into serial production. 

• System Integration:  Integrate sensors, actuators and control units into the overall product architecture. 

• Cross Functional Engineering:  Collaborate closely with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams to solve interdisciplinary engineering challenges. 

• Field Testing:  Support real world testing and continuously improve hardware performance under practical operating conditions. 

• Continuous Improvement:  Optimize existing electrical systems with a strong focus on reliability, manufacturability and scalability. 

• Innovation:  Contribute to future controller generations and electrical architectures for international deployment. 

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.  Equivalent practical experience is also welcome. 

• At least 2 years of hands on experience  in electrical hardware development, electronic product development or comparable engineering roles. 

• Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness.  

• Strong knowledge of PCB design,  circuit development, component selection and system integration. 

• Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems. 

• Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast paced startup environment. 

• Excellent communication skills in English.  German is considered an advantage.

As a Production Planning & Supply Chain Analyst you combine production planning with sound data analysis. You develop reliable planning models, identify capacity bottlenecks at an early stage, and support international production sites in optimally aligning demand, inventory levels, and available resources.

• Network Planning:  Take ownership of end-to-end planning for selected value streams across multiple production sites and countries. 

• Data Analysis: Analysis of large and complex data sets from production, logistics and supply chain operations to identify deviations, bottlenecks, risks and potential for optimization at an early stage.

• Capacity Management:  Plan and align capacities, demand, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient utilization of production facilities. 

• Supply Planning:  Develop reliable monthly supply plans by balancing forecasts, inventory levels, and available production capacity. 

• Cross Functional Coordination:  Work closely with international logistics and production teams to ensure stable product availability and high service levels. 

• S&OE Management:  Prepare and support S&OE planning meetings through KPI analysis and by validating and updating production plans. 

• Process Optimization:  Continuously improve planning processes, governance parameters, and planning tools such as SAP IBP. 

• Data Management:  Analyze inventory levels and maintain as well as optimize relevant master data in planning and ERP systems. 

• Decision Support:  Provide a solid foundation for decision-making for cross-functional teams and management. 

• Change Management:  Support ongoing transformation initiatives and actively contribute to the international development of the production network. 

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or a related field. 

• More than 5 years of professional experience  in network planning, production planning, or supply chain planning. 

• Experience in internationally connected production environments . 

• Solid experience in analyzing production data, capacities, forecasts, inventory levels and delivery dates.

• Confident handling of SAP  and strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and production processes. 

• Fluent in English; German is considered a plus. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex global interdependencies and maintain oversight in fast-changing environments. 

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm for working with international teams and stakeholders. 

• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10 to 20% ).
