Do you want to work in Salzburg Operations Team? Do you enjoy Logistics and Inventory Management?
We are currently seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Operator who will be responsible for kitting and packaging of instruments and goods to support the production schedule. Managing material movement in the plant by overseeing the efficient storage and retrieval of goods. Organizing, packing and dispatching orders in an accurate and timely fashion to meet requirements. Supports and backups the local Buyer/Logistics in purchasing, receiving, shipping and handling of import/export tasks.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments
+ Maintains inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system
+ Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, colour, or product code. Marks materials with identifying information
+ Perform warehouse duties such as kitting, manual lifting, packaging, taping, labelling
+ Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the production supervisor
+ Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
+ Supports and backups the local Buyer/Logistics in purchasing, receiving, shipping and handling of import/export tasks.
+ All other responsibilities and/or other related duties as assigned
The essential requirements of the role include:
+ Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
+ Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Fluent in German and English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Secondary level of education
+ Experience working with an ERP system (e.g. Oracle)
The collective agreement for employees in the electrical and electronics industry applies to the advertised position, the minimum basic salary is 3,009.82,-- gross per month with willingness to overpay the collective agreement. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do :
+ Organize our daily warehouse processes (SQDIP), monitor KPI, plan staffing for our diverse team, motivate your team, and develop your successor

+ Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung von 2 Mitarbeiter/innen und 2 Lehrlingen in der RRP (rapid response production) / Kleinserienproduktion.
+ Troubleshooting und Koordination bei Produktionsproblemen und Abweichungen.
+ Aufrechterhaltung und Steigerung der Produktivität durch Umsetzung von LEAN-Prinzipien.
+ Erfüllung von Kundenanforderungen mit Augenmerk auf Lieferdatum, Produktqualität und Kosten.
+ Mitwirken in der Produktion von flüssigen und pulverförmigen Medien.
Wer Sie sind:
+ Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung idealerweise im chemischen Bereich / Lehre als Chemieverfahrenstechniker (m/w/d).
+ Organisatorische Stärke und Bereitschaft Aufgaben zu delegieren und zu begleiten.
+ Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb, vorzugsweise mit GMP bzw. im chemischen / pharmazeutischen Bereich.

The Head of Communications, Leica Microsystems (f/m/d) is an operating company business leader responsible for driving brand preference and business impact for Leica Microsystems (LMS) and Danaher through strategic communications with measurable impact across priority stakeholders. This role has overall responsibility for the integrated external and internal communications plan for LMS and oversees the communications team that delivers communications initiatives for the operating company with contributions to Danaher's overall life sciences platform business. They are the go-to strategic partner for the LMS President and their LT, providing strategic counsel and leadership communications.
This position will report to the VP, Life Sciences Communications and is part of the Life Sciences Communications Leadership Team and the LMS Leadership Team. The role can be located at one of the Leica Microsystems sites in Switzerland, UK, or Austria . The role requires job performance on‑site at one the posted locations. For qualified internal candidates, the company may consider the possibility of remote or non‑posted sites given their current employment location, based on business needs and company policy.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Serve as a business leader and trusted go-to strategic partner for the LMS President and their leadership team, providing senior communications counsel.
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated communications strategy for LMS to drive brand preference, scientific leadership and associate engagement.
+ Develop and implement a leadership communications strategy for the LMS President to drive thought leadership and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Lead change communications strategy and execution for LMS change initiatives, including building advocacy for change and coaching leaders and people managers.
+ Provide strategic counsel and rapid response capabilities for LMS level issues, to mitigate risk and protect brand equity. Build and maintain robust crisis protocols and scenario planning, aligned with the global enterprise issues framework.
+ Establish robust metrics linked to business outcomes and brand preference to measure the impact of communications initiatives and optimize future initiatives.
+ Lead and inspire a high-performing team of communicators who deliver business impact for LMS, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, innovation and accountability.
+ Empower the team to leverage advanced communications technologies, including AI, to enhance delivery of strategic communications.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in communications, marketing or related field preferably in diagnostics, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sectors.
+ At least 5 years of leadership experience, including ability to coach leaders, manage execution through others and lead teams.
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ Proven success in executive thought leadership, corporate communications (including product, science & technology communications) and associate engagement.
+ Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to project confidence, command respect and influence others through composed, authoritative, and authentic behavior that earns stakeholder trust to advance priorities.
+ Robust business acumen with strong financial and commercial understanding can translate business priorities into high-impact communications strategies.
+ Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to measure impact, solve business problems, optimize strategies and inform decision-making.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Crisis and issues management in regulated industries.
+ Change management strategy and execution.
+ Use of technology and AI to optimize communications activities, with an understanding of the impact on team structure and capabilities.

The The Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Scientist II is responsible for providing technical pre and post-sale support for the integration of Cytiva filtration technologies into customer process in collaboration with the commercial team and R&D
This position reports to the Senior Manager - MSAT and is part of the EU Filtration Customer Success (FCS) l ocated in Austria and will be fully remote .
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Application of Cytiva Bioprocess filtration products (normal and tangential flow filtration) to create process solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments, technical consultations, training and bench trials at customers. Maintain close customer contact during projects. This will involve travel to customer sites for technical meetings or to perform test work, giving technical presentations and updating customers of project status.
- Technical consultation involving scale up/scale down testing plans and data review, sizing and compatibility recommendations, troubleshooting customer technical issues and field investigations.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current regulatory trends, issues and guidelines relating to the products being supported.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Master's Degree in life science, Chemical or Biological Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in MSAT or PD role.
- Technical support experience.
- Fluent English and good communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Valid driving licence
- You are willing and able to travel up to 50%, primarily within Europe.
- Ability to travel weekly for customer support located mainly in central, north and east Europe.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for drug manufacturing.
- Knowledge of main purification techniques used for drug manufacturing.
- Commercial experience.
