**Night Auditor - Front Office**
**As a Night Auditor and first point of contact for our guests, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests during the night.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Front Office tasks, such as guest check-in and check-out, concierge tasks and answering phone requests at night
+ Running of daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identifying any special requests, and checking reports for accuracy
+ Responsibility for the smooth running of the night shift in close cooperation with our Night Manager
+ Organization of taxi and limousine rides
+ Responsibility for luggage distribution in the night
+ Assistance in In Room Dining
**Your Qualifications:**
+ Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
+ Experience working at the Front Office
+ Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
+ Professional communication skills and appearance
+ resilience, teamwork and flexibility
+ Quality awareness
+ A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
+ excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
+ knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
