The RedBull Music Marketing program represents one of the key marketing mix pillars.
The global Music team is searching for a Music Marketing Intern, who will support the team in Music Marketing projects coordination on a global scale.
The internship will last for a half-a-year period (6 months), starting in October 2025.
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- You'll support the global Music Marketing team in the alignment & project management of global music projects/series (both country and HQ-led).
- In this intership, you'll support the team in the conceptual development and/or refinement of new, HQ led global music projects.
- Innovation is key. You'll support the team with industry research & benchmarking tasks to fuel development & innovation of our growing music events portfolio.
- You'll assist the team with administrative and organizational topics, e.g., the preparation of status/recap presentations, meeting minutes, outreach to markets etc.
- Additionally, you'll assist the global music team with preparing status reports on signed artists and coordinating bookings of artists for specific projects.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in a University Degree (Bachelor/Master).
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
- Passion for all things music & experiential: industry & cultural trends, innovations, tastemakers.
- Strong organization skills and detail-oriented.
- Curious, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Team player and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

The Digital Technologies Business Unit (DTBU) at Medtronic is implementing cutting-edge AI technology, computer vision, and augmented reality in the operating room (OR) to augment surgical coaching, and eventually, performance. Our goal is to deliver safer surgery around the world. Touch Surgery represent a full ecosystem of digital solutions that support every stage of surgery, both in and out of the OR. Empower surgical teams with next-generation computing, visualization, and artificial intelligence technology.
As European Marketing Product Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this vision by creating the strategy and approach for driving growth in key surgical markets and Digital technologies across Europe. As a member of the Digital Technologies team, you'll focus on building the vision and direction for how we approach different markets and territories. This position will report to the Regional Business Director, Medtronic DT Western Europe.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Serve as the subject matter expert on target markets, procedures, opportunities, challenges, and the competitive landscape.
+ Develop and continuously refine the territory sales executive (TSE) growth strategy and capabilities.
+ Segment and prioritise key events, strategies, and target customers for maximum impact.
+ Ensure successful execution of all country-specific events through close collaboration with logistics and events teams.
+ Assess and implement specialty-specific claims and evidence strategies in target markets.
+ Build and nurture strong partnerships across critical functions, including Regional & Upstream Marketing, Sales, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Customer Education, and local teams.
+ Foster meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and surgical societies to drive collaboration.

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
