Unser Kunde aus dem Bereich digitale Unterhaltungsplattformen sucht aktuell nach engagierter Verstärkung im Marketing-Team. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die mit strategischem Weitblick und operativer Umsetzungsstärke das Wachstum von Gaming-Plattformen vorantreibt. Im Fokus stehen B2C-User-Akquise sowie die Steuerung von Online- und Offline-Kampagnen zur nachhaltigen Erweiterung der Kund:innenbasis.
Das sind deine Aufgaben:- Kampagnenmanagement
- Umsetzung einer Omnichannel-Strategie mit Schwerpunkt auf Online-Marketing (ca. 80 % des Budgets)
- Konzeption, Überwachung und Analyse digitaler Kampagnen über Kanäle wie Google, Bing, Facebook sowie App-Marketing mit Fokus auf Leadgenerierung und Neukund:innengewinnung
- Analyse von Performance- und Marketing-KPIs zur Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
- Koordination eines jährlichen TV-Spots in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern
- Media-Planung und -Einkauf sowie Nutzung von Sponsoring-Aktivitäten zur User-Akquise
- Marketing-Strategie
- Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Marken- und Marketingstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit internen Partner:innen
- Identifikation von Chancen und Herausforderungen sowie Definition der Markenrichtung
- Festlegung von Budget und Investitionsschwerpunkten
- Beitrag zur langfristigen Markenwirkung
- Teamarbeit & Zusammenarbeit
- Enge, abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen
- Strategische Abstimmung mit dem User Acquisition Team
- Kooperation mit Abteilungen wie CRM, Design & Content, Business Intelligence u.a.
- Aktive Steuerung externer Agenturen (Media-Erstellung, SEA, Paid Social)
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikation
- 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Akquise oder Leadgenerierung – idealerweise in einer Agentur oder im B2C-E-Commerce
- Operative Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Steuerung digitaler Kampagnen
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie fundiertes Verständnis für Online- und Mobile-KPIs
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen

**A Day in the Life**
The Digital Technologies Business Unit (DTBU) at Medtronic is implementing cutting-edge AI technology, computer vision, and augmented reality in the operating room (OR) to augment surgical coaching, and eventually, performance. Our goal is to deliver safer surgery around the world. Touch Surgery represent a full ecosystem of digital solutions that support every stage of surgery, both in and out of the OR. Empower surgical teams with next-generation computing, visualization, and artificial intelligence technology.
As European Marketing Product Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this vision by creating the strategy and approach for driving growth in key surgical markets and Digital technologies across Europe. As a member of the Digital Technologies team, you'll focus on building the vision and direction for how we approach different markets and territories. This position will report to the Regional Business Director, Medtronic DT Western Europe.
The ideal candidate can be based in any location across the region. Access to an airport hub is essential as extensive travel is required.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Serve as the subject matter expert on target markets, procedures, opportunities, challenges, and the competitive landscape.
+ Develop and continuously refine the territory sales executive (TSE) growth strategy and capabilities.
+ Segment and prioritise key events, strategies, and target customers for maximum impact.
+ Ensure successful execution of all country-specific events through close collaboration with logistics and events teams.
+ Assess and implement specialty-specific claims and evidence strategies in target markets.
+ Build and nurture strong partnerships across critical functions, including Regional & Upstream Marketing, Sales, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Customer Education, and local teams.
+ Foster meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and surgical societies to drive collaboration.
+ Provide strategic guidance, messaging, positioning, tools, metrics, and frameworks to support regional execution.
+ Willingness to travel approximately up to 75%.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or a related discipline.
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
+ Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
+ Proven communication skills with a talent for storytelling, motivated to align teams toward shared goals that drive growth and credibility.
+ Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to understanding their needs and enabling their success.
+ Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment across business units and with sales organizations.
+ Passionate about enhancing surgical outcomes through innovative digital solutions.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and marketing automation tools.
