Der Software Development Manager Digital Solutions and Consulting (DiSC) ist für die direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern des Unternehmens verantwortlich, um Digitale Produkte zu entwickeln, die einen kontinuierlichen Mehrwert für das Unternehmen darstellen. Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist die maßgebliche Quelle und der Fachexperte für das Produkt
- Du beteiligst dich an der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Produkten
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Produkt-Roadmap und das Zukunftsbild an das Entwicklungsteam weitergegeben werden
- Du betreibst proaktives Management und kommunizierst mit den Produktmanagern die Analyse von Informationen und funktionalen Anforderungen
- Du vertrittst den Entwicklungsprozess bis zur Implementierung und stellst sicher, dass das gelieferte Produkt den Geschäftsanforderungen entspricht
- Du stimmst wichtige Produktentscheidungen und -überlegungen mit der Gesamtstrategie des Unternehmens ab
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege der Produktdokumentation, sodass sie für alle Beteiligten leicht verständlich und nutzbar ist
- Du nutzt Metriken und Feedback, um Team- und Organisationsprozesse, Best Practices, Leistungen und Lieferungen zu verbessern
- Du hilfst bei der Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb von Produkten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (FH/U/TU)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von digitalen Produkten
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Cloud-Technologien sowie in einem globalen Umfeld
- Du bist in der Lage, mehrere Produkte zu verwalten und direkt mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2 Niveau)

- Coaching von Entwicklern und Stakeholdern im agilen Arbeiten
- Moderation und Organisation aller Scrum-Events (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospektive)
- Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen im Entwicklungsprozess

Was sollte ich mitbringen?

- Zertifizierungen wie PSM I/II, CSM oder vergleichbar sind von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.)
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft (auch international)
Gehaltsspanne und Benefits:
Unser Kunde bietet Ihnen ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 4.000,– bis € 5.500,– (14 x p.a. bezahlt), je nach konkreter Qualifikation und beruflicher Vorerfahrung.
