**Role Summary**
As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key customers and trade organizations, understanding and solidifying purchase agreements, customer alliances and market trends. You will also develop a keen understanding of Flowserve operations to enhance the selling of pumps and mechanical seals.
**Your role**
+ Serve customers as primary contact for all business dealings, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed including proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty claims, etc.
+ Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives to support organizational goals
+ Educate customers on the quality, features and uses of our products through the full use of the company's marketing materials
+ Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure customers' needs are met
+ Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss business decisions, particularly return on investment in support of solution selling
**Your profile**
+ BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience
+ Excellent knowledge of the English and Czech
+ Sales experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, mixers and mechanical seals
+ Experience in the power, paper and chemical/general industries
+ Proficient in technology such as Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Training in sales techniques, negotiations and business finance
+ Experience in meeting preparation and management
+ Ability to lead root cause failure analysis and communicate results

This role is essential to develop, maintain and improve direct customer relationships in the southern DACH region (south Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for the Reliability Solutions (RS) Business Unit (BU). Interacting both with new and existing accounts, our new colleague will position the Emerson RS portfolio as the first choice for customers in the above mentioned areas and establish a solid long-term relationship to build profitable business growth. In this role, your responsibilities will be:
+ Achieve and exceed sales, bookings and gross profit targets for the RS Group's products, services, and solutions in the defined area and at defined Accounts.
+ Actively visit new and existing customers to promote the entire solution portfolio and services and seek out new opportunities for business.
+ Follow strategic goals and initiatives from the RS BU to build credibility for yourself and the company, forge strong relationships and acquire an insider's perspective on the customer's business to drive adoption of the portfolio.
+ Discuss discount, price, and volume structures with customer contacts.
+ Maintain cooperation with the existing sales force and business development team across all BUs in order to find and use cross selling opportunities.

+ Fluent in German and English Language
+ Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
+ Willingness to travel (around 60-70% of the time)

Sie sind Teil des Außendienstteams und berichten an den Regional Service Manager, der für den Kundensupport zuständig ist. Wenn Sie sich in einer unterstützenden Rolle wohlfühlen und am Aufbau einer erstklassigen Kundendienstorganisation mitarbeiten möchten, lesen Sie weiter.
In dieser Funktion haben Sie die Möglichkeit, folgende Aufgaben zu übernehmen:
Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Diagnosesystemen, Immunchemie, klinischer Chemie und Automatisierungssystemen
Einhaltung der einschlägigen Vorschriften wie MPG, MedGV und VDE sowie der Beckman Coulter Qualitätsvorschriften
Kurzeinweisung der Anwender im Labor und Beantwortung technischer Fragen unserer Kunden
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus den Bereichen Vertrieb, Applikation, Service-Hotline und Service-Disposition
Organisation und Optimierung des persönlichen Ersatzteillagers
Zeitnahe Erledigung aller administrativen Aufgaben wie z.B. die Erfassung von Kundendienstberichten mit Service Max
Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören:
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker und/ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Bereich
In den Bereichen Elektronik, Mechanik, Hydraulik, EDV-Schnittstellen und Messtechnik sind Sie sicher unterwegs
IT-Themen sind Ihnen vertraut: Sie haben Spaß daran Netzwerke, Server, Firewalls, Schnittstellen, etc. aufzusetzen und zu managen
Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit mit und sind es gewohnt, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln.
Sehr gute, verhandlungssichere deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind die Voraussetzung für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse + Oracle-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Reisebereitschaft, gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Sie auch über frühere Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich verfügen:
Erfahrung in einem technischen Dienstleistungsunternehmen, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
Einschlägige Kenntnisse der Vorschriften und Normen zu IVDs.
