**Description:**
Coordinate technical changes with key areas (Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and suppliers). Responsibilities include providing documentation and support associated within the change process. In addition, the manufacturing change coordinator is responsible for the entire data and change transfer to our suppliers and acts as a control function in the change process.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Close cooperation with cross functional departments within the entire change process.
+ Evaluation of changes in terms of practicability
+ Participation as a key member in the weekly cross functional Change Control Board meetings.
+ Distribution and synchronization of the required tasks after change release.
+ Communication of changes to our suppliers including support and assistance.
+ Maintain and continuously improve the implementation process for the site
+ Support New Product Introductions by setting up the system in our oracle database, creation and maintenance of BOM structure
+ Participation in local/global Program/Project teams and provide support for change implementation
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Completed technical Training (HTL, studies, completed apprenticeship, master craftsman examination)
+ Knowledge and understanding of document control, design transfer, acceptance activity, to ensure that product, equipment, processes and documentation meet requirements.
+ Experience in coordinating Projects in an global environment and with international suppliers
+ High analytical and communication skills
+ Strong oral and written communication skills and experience in working with international teams
+ Fluent German and English language skills
