**A Quality Engineer**
This position will be located in our plant in Schrems (electrical sector - enclosures/power distribution components)
Location: Schrems, Austria
**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure quality of product, Develop and manage internal quality processes and documentation, Carrying out process-related checks in accordance with instructions and working on various projects. Promotion and representation of customer interests within the organisation
+ Manage customer quality documentation
+ Develop and manage internal quality processes and documentation
+ Carrying out process-related tests in accordance with test instructions with the associated test equipment
+ Coordination with suppliers/supplier complaints
+ Demonstration of improvement activity CI
+ Authorization to intervene in all areas of production if errors occur (including stopping production)
+ Decision on usability and conformity of parts
+ Ongoing improvement of efficiency and effectiveness (process indicators/departmental targets)
+ Further development of the ISO 9001 management system
+ Support of the management system for ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 50001 / ISO 22301
+ Monitoring compliance with existing/new/changed customer requirements
+ Identification of possibly affected shipments during transport to and from customers or suppliers
+ Knowledge in MSA, FMEA, SPC, APQP, DoE welcome
+ Supporting the implementation of Six Sigma projects
+ Carrying out incoming goods inspections
+ Carrying out process audits and process monitoring
+ Collecting and implementing (new / changed) customer requirements in co-operation with the specialist departments
+ Collaboration and realisation of pro-launch projects
+ Planning and carrying out training courses in connection with new / changed customer requirements in collaboration with the specialist departments"
**We would like you to bring:**
+ Technical educationAt least 3 years experience in Quality assurance
+ Knowledge of different quality norms and standards (ISO etc.)
+ Six Sigma methodology"
+ Good German and excellent English skills
+ Strong project oriented teamwork
+ Structured approach to complex task areas

+ Simply explain complex, technical things
+ Knowledge of Quality Management Tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, SPC, .)

**Responsibilities:**
+ Comprehensive post-order processing, coordination of customer projects from order to delivery
+ Coordination and management of customer orders from order to delivery.
+ Monitoring material procurement and availability to ensure on-time production.
+ Interface between customers, suppliers and internal departments to clarify requirements and problems.
+ Planning and monitoring of delivery dates and project deadlines.
+ Creation and maintenance of order documentation,
+ Identification and implementation of improvements in order management processes.
+ Controlling costs as part of order processing.
+ Assisting customers with enquiries and problems throughout the order process.end-to-end process of ordering, receiving, fulfilling and tracking an order placed by the customer (CSO's)
+ Troubleshooting in purchase processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement
+ Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
+ CI from all the mentioned topics
**We would like you to bring:**
+ Commercial or technical education (electrical or mechanical engineering)
+ At least 5 years experience in order or project management
+ Good German and excellent English skills
+ Basic technical understanding
+ Good knowledge of planning and implementing switchgear
+ Sound knowledge of switch cabinet construction and the associated processes
+ Confident handling of MS Office & SAP or comparable ERP programme is an advantage"
