Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für digitale Kommunikation und Social Media.

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medienwissenschaften, Kommunikation, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Bereich Online-Redaktion, Social Media Management oder digitale Kommunikation.
- Exzellente Schreib- und Redaktionsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content-Management-Systemen (z.B. WordPress, Drupal).

We're looking for an experienced and motivated content marketing specialist to join our Employer Brand team. You'll play a pivotal role in leading and executing our Employer Brand External Communications strategy and crafting content that resonates with diverse target audiences. Your work will contribute to positioning Dynatrace as a destination workplace in the global job market.
This role planned as a **12 month Fixed Term Contract**
Your Role:
+ Content creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and diverse content for various platforms and target groups, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, PR releases, thought leadership, online platforms, websites, and more.
+ Content coordination: Align and streamline content support, ensuring a consistent brand message across a variety of brand applications, enabling internal and external stakeholders.
+ Content maintenance: Actively update content based on internal changes, making sure our materials stay up-to-date and in line with our strategy.
+ Employer Brand Voice: Maintain and reinforce our Employer Brand Tone of Voice across all channels and empower team members to adopt and use it effectively.
+ Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
+ Market research: Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.
+ Team collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and subject matter experts, to gather insights and create content that meets business objectives.
+ Leadership: Empower and support a small team to reach the strategic Employer Brand goals for the fiscal year, while delegating tasks and coordinating projects.

**Compensation Data**
+ We offer attractive compensation packages with numerous benefits and advantages.
+ Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 61,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary that is in line with qualifications and experience.
