Do you have the required Data Science skills to drive real impact at one of the most recognisable brands globally?
In this role, you will contribute to global Data Science projects to enable business stakeholders to make better data-driven decisions. You will work closely with other team members and business stakeholders to build, run, and improve data science products. You will also apply statistical analyses to solve ad-hoc business problems to generate impact. Finally, never content with the status-quo, you will also be responsible for innovation – for instance by introducing new data-driven business ideas, new statistical methods, new data products, or by supporting new business processes.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
DELIVER PROJECTS PART OF EXISTING DATA SCIENCE SERVICE LINES
You'll support the team by efficiently managing, running, and delivering Data Science projects. This end-to-end approach includes everything from project scoping, execution, quality assurance, and delivery via convincing presentations.

DRIVE INNOVATION
Not content focusing exclusively on existing service lines and initiatives, you will actively think along and propose new ways of generating even more value for our stakeholders.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
You'll build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Thanks to your collaborative attitude and ability to absorb constructive feedback, you will maximise the likelihood of making each and every Data Science initiative a success for the company.

Organisational Responsibilities
You'll lead a Data Science Team and you'll support them with impact tracking, project and pipeline planning, preparing materials for the planning cycles, internal trainings, onboarding new colleagues, internal and external outreach.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science.
  • Experience in people management/ leading a small team is a must.
  • Masters or Doctorate in relevant field, for instance: Mathematics, Statistics, Science (including data, behavioural, social, econ, .)
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written. German a plus
  • Programming: know at least one of R, Python, SQL with the ability and willingness to learn the other two
  • Data Literacy: ability to prepare datasets ensuring top quality such that essence of said data and the implications for the problem at hand can be grasped quickly
  • Statistical Reasoning: theoretical and applied understanding of Stats, Probability and ML Algorithms and know how to use these tools to reduce uncertainty in a business context (regression, visualization)
  • Technical Literacy: applied understanding of modern computing allows the candidate to do things which go beyond the strict definition of Data Science (git, API calls, web crawling, …)
  • Presentation Skills: present coherent data stories at the appropriate level of abstraction given the audience
  • Stakeholder Management: skilled at building mutually beneficial connections with functional stakeholders
  • Pragmatic Critical Thinking: intuitively consider relevant costs/benefits in all decisions and act accordingly
  • Outcome Driven: highly motivated to add value and to demonstrate that impact to the organization
  • Scientific Reasoning/ Scoping: ability to define and formulate new questions, in addition to answering given ones
  • Grit: proven capability to see things through to the end even if initial feedback is discouraging

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,691 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.

Marketing Team Lead

You will be responsible to build and run marketing like a performance engine. Key areas include:

Pipeline Generation

  • Drive qualified leads through owned and paid inbound channels

  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure proper tracking from MQL to Closed Won, and from Retention to Expansion.

  • Develop assets to support ABM plays, pricing rollout, and new package launches (e.g. Growth Kit, Jakarta Kit)

Marketing Operations

  • Set up and optimize tracking in HubSpot (funnel stages, attribution, channel ROI)
  • Own reporting: define and report on KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, and pipeline influence
  • Manage agency partners for paid search, content and creative execution

Sales & Product Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales to co-own quarterly pipeline targets
  • Support Product in launching new features or integrations (e.g. Roast API)
  • Work with Customer Success to identify upsell triggers and churn risks

Execution & Iteration

  • Get in the weeds: run A/B tests, review campaign performance, refine tactics weekly
  • Focus on what works, and be willing to move on from what doesn't
  • Contribute directly to copywriting, landing page builds, email flows and data reviews

Profil
About The Role
We are looking for someone with

  • Solid experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up or emerging growth stage.
  • Proven success generating pipeline across digital, offline (events) and outbound channels.
  • Comfortable working independently or with a small team with limited support layers.
  • Strong skills in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and basic attribution modeling.
  • Track record of collaborating with Sales and Product on go-to-market execution.
  • Fluent business English, additional language(s) a plus.

Senior Manager

What You'll Do

  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Take ownership of a cross-site development team, driving growth through mentoring, coaching, and clear goal-setting.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success leading distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
  • Fluent in English and German, with strong communication and collaboration skills

Your territory

As part of our Data team, you will:

  • Lead our business data analytics team, enabling Tractive to make faster, smarter, and truly data-driven decisions across the entire business.
  • Translate business challenges into data-driven insights, covering Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Finance, Logistics, Product and Customer Support.
  • Supervise the design of impactful dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Analyze results, recommend actions and support company-wide decisionsEnsure robust data preparation, cleaning, and modeling processes — laying the foundation for trustworthy analytics.
  • Work in a data-driven, innovative company and take ownership of a domain that leverages data to drive success.

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in mentoring and leading analytics teams, with a track record of growing people and delivering impact
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and/or data warehouses (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Python experience is a plus
  • Expertise with BI & visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality and best practices in data analytics
  • Familiarity with web tracking and digital analytics (GA4, GTM, affiliates, attribution)
  • Very good English skills
